<p style="text-align:left"><b>Location:</b></p>For Those Who Work At Home, Colorado<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p><b>Job Summary</b><br>The Small Business Cash Management Advisor (SBCMA) partners with Retail Branch teams to acquire, expand, and retain business clients with fundamental to advanced cash management needs. This inside sales representative identifies prospect/client needs and participates in various aspects of client management, including conference calls, relationship reviews and financial consultation for owner operator businesses.<br><br><b>Essential Functions</b></p><ul><li>Collaborate with Retail Branch teams to educate on the cash management suite of products, including features, value propositions, and pricing.</li><li>Support Retail in identifying and strategizing cash management opportunities within their markets.</li><li>Enhance Retail branch confidence and business acumen through joint calling efforts and collaborative opportunities.</li><li>Prepare Cash Management proposals and identify referral opportunities to other lines of business.</li><li>Respond to client requests directly or through partner referrals, ensuring seamless and accurate client setups.</li><li>Meet and exceed individual production goals while contributing to team sales success.</li><li>Performs other duties as assigned; duties, responsibilities and/or activities may change or new ones may be assigned at any time with or without notice</li><li>Complies with all KeyBank policies and procedures, including without limitation, acting professionally at all times, conducting business ethically, avoiding conflicts of interest, and acting in the best interests of Key’s clients and Key.</li></ul><p><br><b>Education</b></p><ul><li>Associate's Degree or equivalent experience (required)</li><li>Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience (preferred)</li></ul><p><br><b>Work Experience</b></p><ul><li>A minimum of 1 year experience in a client focused environment with aggressive growth and service goals (preferred)</li><li>A minimum of 1 year of experience in interpreting and understanding financial statements (preferred)</li></ul><p><br><b>Skills</b></p><ul><li>Deep understanding of cash management products, services, and client implementation.</li><li>Proven ability to build and nurture strong client relationships through proactive engagement.</li><li>Strong capability in analyzing financial statements, identifying issues, and delivering effective solutions.</li><li>Experience in developing tailored sales proposals and strategic decision-making to meet client goals.</li><li>Knowledge of banking regulations, compliance standards, and risk mitigation.</li></ul><p><br><b>Core Competencies</b></p><ul><li>All KeyBank employees are expected to demonstrate Key’s Values and sustain proficiency in identified Leadership Competencies.</li></ul><p><br><b>Physical Demands</b></p><ul><li>General Office - Prolonged sitting, ability to communicate face to face in person or on the phone with teammates and clients, frequent use of PC/laptop, occasional <span style="overflow-wrap: break-word; display: inline; text-decoration: inherit; hyphens: auto;">lifting/pushing/pulling</span> of backpacks, computer bags up to 10 lbs.</li></ul><p><br><b>Travel</b></p><ul><li>Occasional travel to include overnight stay.</li></ul><p><br><b>Driving Requirements</b></p><ul><li>Ability to occasionally operate a motor vehicle with a valid driver's license.</li></ul><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:left">COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS</p>This position is eligible to earn a base hourly rate in the range of $27.40 - $41.83 per hour. Placement within the pay range may differ based upon various factors, including but not limited to skills, experience and geographic location.
