These showrooms are fast-paced and busy, but it is also critical to maintain a level of luxury and offer the ultimate experience for our clients. As our Part-Time Showroom Concierge for new Showroom in Chicago, you will serve as the primary point of contact between our customers and our dedicated team of Showroom Client Advisors. Your role is crucial in ensuring every customer feels warmly welcomed, embodying the values and culture of Proper Cloth at all times.

Responsibilities:
  • Greet customers
  • Check in customers
  • Manage the appointment schedule
  • Answer showroom calls
  • Process returns
  • Manage tailoring services
  • Maintain showroom standards/appearance

Requirements
  • Proficiency in using propercloth.com and other relevant tools for order placement, returns processing, and customer management.
  • Thorough knowledge of Proper Cloth products including fabrics, shirts, casual pants, and tailored clothing.
  • Ability to build rapport with customers and uphold a professional appearance.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, fostering a positive and collaborative team environment.
  • Commitment to embodying and promoting the mission and values of Proper Cloth.
  • Willingness to embrace feedback, adapt to new initiatives, and demonstrate a growth mindset.
  • Weekend availability is a must.
