Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in creating an exceptional dining experience for our guests. You will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service, taking orders, and ensuring that all food and beverage needs are met promptly and efficiently. Duties

  • Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner.
  • Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverage options.
  • Take accurate orders and relay them to the kitchen staff using the POS system.
  • Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to guests.
  • Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience, addressing any concerns or requests promptly.
  • Assist with food preparation as needed, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area.
  • Handle cash register transactions accurately, including processing payments and providing change.
  • Maintain knowledge of menu items, specials, and promotions to effectively communicate with guests.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy shifts.

Skills

  • Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations.
  • Experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not required.
  • Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with cash registers and POS systems is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact positively with guests and team members.
