Responsibilities

  • Provide technical leadership in designing and developing modern, scalable, and high-performance front-end applications using ReactJS, JavaScript/TypeScript, and component-driven architectures
  • Own front-end delivery end-to-end, including UI architecture, development, testing, performance optimization, deployment, and monitoring
  • Develop and maintain Node.js-based backend services to support UI integration, API consumption, server-side logic, and build/deployment workflows
  • Build intuitive, responsive, accessible, and user-centric UI experiences using React, HTML5, CSS3, and modern UI frameworks
  • Collaborate with Product Managers, UX Designers, and backend engineering teams to translate business requirements into efficient, scalable, maintainable UI solutions
  • Identify and resolve front-end performance bottlenecks, rendering issues, and scalability challenges, ensuring a smooth user experience
  • Lead and mentor front-end engineers, promoting best practices in coding, testing, documentation, and architectural patterns
  • Ensure high-quality integration with backend APIs and data services by working closely with Node.js and backend engineering teams
  • Drive Agile delivery practices to include sprint planning, backlog refinement, code reviews, CI/CD, and DevOps collaboration
  • Create and maintain front-end technical documentation, including architecture designs, reusable component libraries, and coding standards
  • Stay updated on emerging Java and Spring Boot technologies, frameworks, and ecosystem trends to continuously enhance product quality and engineering efficiency

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Information Systems, or related technical field
  • 9+ years of professional software development experience including full-stack engineering
  • 8+ years of expertise with JavaScript/TypeScript, React Hooks, Redux or other state management frameworks, HTML5, CSS3, responsive design, and micro frontend architecture
  • 6+ years of hands-on experience with React and frontend ecosystems
  • 3+ years of solid experience developing and deploying backend applications using Jave and Spring Boot and RESTful APIs
  • 1+ years of experience deploying, managing, and optimizing applications on cloud platforms
  • 1+ years of solid experience with CI/CD pipelines, Agile methodologies, and DevOps practices
  • 1+ years of practical working knowledge of monitoring and observability tools like Splunk, Datadog, or equivalents
  • 1+ years of experience with integrating AI/ML APIs and tools (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, AWS AI/ML services, etc.) into application workflows

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in the healthcare domain, including understanding of healthcare data workflows and compliance considerations
  • Hands-on experience with Java Spring Boot, microservices architecture, REST API development, and backend design patterns
  • Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes
  • Background in performance optimization, application monitoring, and distributed logging
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices, Infrastructure as Code, and tools such as Jenkins, Git, GitHub Actions, Terraform, or similar
