Senior Program Manager

Department: Technology

Employment Type: Permanent - Full Time

Location: London (UK)

Description

At Nuix, we do things differently than our competitors. Our philosophy is about hiring the best from around the world and enabling them to do what they do best. We are committed to leading edge technology, fanatical customer service, and growing our business. Be part of the team that is changing the way eDiscovery, information governance, forensic and electronic investigations are being conducted around the world.

Nuix is experiencing phenomenal international growth with no sign of abating. As a result, we require an outstanding Senior Program Manager to actively drive and manage the program governance around Nuix Linkurious acquisition.

Location:
This position will be based in our London office. The candidate is required to attend the office a minimum of 3 days per week but may voluntarily elect to work either remotely or from the London office for the remaining days of the week.

Key Responsibilities

  • Linkurious Integration Governance: Define and track the master integration roadmap, managing the convergence of technical debt, product features, and operational workflows between Nuix and Linkurious.
  • Agile Delivery Leadership: Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Retrospectives) for integration workstreams, ensuring the Technology function maintains a high velocity while absorbing new Linkurious-related tasks within prioritisation boundaries.
  • Sales Project Orchestration: Act as the primary PMO interface for the Sales team, managing the pipeline of incoming customer projects and ensuring each has a clear path from "contract signed" to "delivery start."
  • Onboarding Framework Management: Instead of executing individual setups, you will design, monitor, and optimize the overarching customer onboarding process with the EMEA Sales team, ensuring it is scalable and consistently applied across the sales portfolio.
  • Cross-Functional Dependency Mapping: Proactively identify and resolve resource conflicts between internal Linkurious integration milestones and external, revenue-generating sales projects.
  • Technical Scoping & Risk Mitigation: Collaborate during the pre-sales phase to provide project management oversight on complex bids, ensuring delivery timelines are realistic and risks are documented.
  • Stakeholder Reporting: Consolidate data from both the integration and sales domains into high-level dashboards for the Head of Program Delivery, highlighting project health, budget burn, and integration ROI.
  • Process Automation: Identify opportunities to automate the handoff between Sales (CRM) and Delivery (Project Management tools) to reduce manual overhead and improve data integrity.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • 5–10 years of Program Management experience with a heavy emphasis on business integration and commercial delivery.
  • Deep Agile Expertise: Advanced proficiency in Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and experience applying them to non-software workstreams like business integration.
  • Complex Project Governance: Proven ability to manage a portfolio of projects simultaneously, specifically focusing on the oversight of delivery teams rather than individual task execution.
  • Commercial Acumen: Strong experience working directly with Sales leadership to translate business contracts into actionable project plans.
  • Advanced Tooling Skills: Expert-level knowledge of Jira/Confluence and CRM systems (Salesforce) to manage backlogs and project health.
Preferrable Skills:
  • SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) Certification: Beneficial for managing integration across multiple large teams.
  • Change Management Certification (e.g., PROSCI): Helpful for navigating the cultural and operational shifts of the Linkurious acquisition.
