About the Role As a Senior Product Owner / Product Manager, you will make an impact by leading strategic product initiatives and advisory engagements in the Courier, Express & Parcel (CEP) industry. You will be a valued member of the Transportation & Logistics Consulting team and work collaboratively with clients, internal teams, and executive stakeholders. In this role, you will: · Define and own the product vision and roadmap for CEP solutions, aligning with enterprise and client transformation goals. · Advise clients on digital transformation strategies, operational efficiency, and customer-centric delivery models. · Lead consulting engagements to assess current-state operations and define future-state operating models. · Drive innovation in parcel capabilities, including last-mile optimization, real-time visibility, and automation. · Translate industry trends into actionable product strategies that deliver measurable ROI. · Develop business cases and value realization frameworks for product initiatives. · Build and scale CEP consulting frameworks, including methodologies, playbooks, and thought leadership assets. · Mentor internal teams and support capability development for CEP solutions. · Collaborate with sales and account teams to shape proposals, lead client workshops, and present strategic product roadmaps. · Represent Cognizant in industry forums, webinars, and strategic partnerships. What you must have to be considered · 10+ years of product management/ownership experience, with advisory or consulting experience in CEP, logistics, or supply chain. · Deep knowledge of parcel operations, cross-border logistics, and digital delivery ecosystems. · Proven ability to define enterprise-level product strategies and deliver business transformation outcomes. · Experience in practice building, client advisory, and executive-level stakeholder engagement. · Familiarity with cloud-native architectures, APIs, AI-driven logistics, and automation technologies. These will help you succeed · MBA or advanced degree in Business, Supply Chain, or Technology Management. · Certifications such as CSPO, SAFe POPM, or Pragmatic Product Leadership. · Experience in green logistics, AI-driven optimization, and digital commerce ecosystems. Compensation $95,000–$150,000 This position is eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
