In this role, you will own the product vision for systems that power how we get products from our distribution centers to our members' doors. You will partner closely with Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, and Data to build scalable, reliable, and member-centric fulfillment experiences. This is a high-impact, highly cross-functional role that sits at the intersection of e-commerce operations and enterprise software.<br><br><strong>Responsibilities<br><br></strong><ul><li>Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Thrive Market's logistics and fulfillment systems, including last-mile delivery, carrier integrations, warehouse management, and order routing</li><li>Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, and Engineering to identify inefficiencies in fulfillment workflows and translate them into actionable product requirements</li><li>Develop deep operational empathy through immersion: Regularly visit Thrive’s fulfillment centers to observe workflows firsthand, build strong relationships with operations teams, and identify real-world constraints and opportunities.
