Opportunity We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead our Onboarding and Activation experience. This role is perfect for someone who wants to own our end-to-end member journey —from first app interaction to full activation! You’ll be responsible for creating an ideal first impression on our users and then scaling that to hundreds of thousands of members! You will work at the intersection of consumer product design, automation, and activation metrics—collaborating with engineers, designers, operations, and clinical stakeholders. Responsibilities • Own the end-to-end member onboarding and activation experience, from first interaction to full program engagement. • Develop and execute product strategies that improve activation rates, onboarding speed, and reduce dropoffs. • Manage the full product lifecycle, including documenting workflows, writing specifications, user stories, creating mockups, gathering user feedback, guiding feature development, and evaluating outcomes for continuous improvements. • Work with stakeholders (e.g., care, operations, marketing) to understand manual workflows, identify pain points, and propose automation. • Build and iterate on AI-powered automations that support onboarding tasks such as scheduling, education, and care planning. • Additional duties as assigned Qualifications • 5–8+ years of experience in Product Management, with a focus on consumer product and mobile experience. • Proven track record in building onboarding, activation, or acquisition workflows for consumer-facing products. • Experience working with AI features, agents, or automations that replace or augment manual workflows. Compensation and Benefits The compensation range for this position is $155,000-$175,000 annually.
