Looking for someone who knows that PPC doesn't stand for 'Pretty Please Click' but can make people do exactly that! We're seeking a results-driven Senior PPC Specialist to join our client's digital marketing team. You'll develop and execute high-performance paid search and social campaigns in this role that drive measurable business outcomes. You'll be responsible for strategy development, campaign optimization, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration to achieve our marketing objectives. Key Responsibilities • Strategy & Planning • Build full-funnel paid search and social strategies aligned with pipeline, CAC, and LTV targets • Size opportunities and forecast ROI for campaign initiatives • Create effective account structures and roadmaps for performance improvement Execution & Optimization • Launch, monitor, and A/B test campaigns across Google, Microsoft, and emerging platforms • Drive continuous improvement in CTR, CVR, ROAS, and impression share • Optimize budget allocation and implement new platform features Analysis & Insight (about 15% of your time) • Use GA4 and Looker to identify performance trends and actionable insights • Translate complex data into compelling narratives for senior leadership • Develop reporting that highlights key metrics and opportunities Collaboration & Innovation (about 10% of your time) • Partner with Creative on ad copy and visual concepts • Coach junior team members on PPC best practices • Recommend new tools, betas, and channels worth piloting Qualifications • 2-5+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns (Search, Shopping, P-Max) and Google Tag Manager • Demonstrated proficiency with bid automation strategies (Target ROAS, tCPA), audience segmentation, and feed management • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding aggressive CAC, ROAS, or revenue goals in both B2B and B2C environments • Strong analytical capabilities with expertise in Excel, Looker/Power BI, and performance analysis • Growth mindset with a commitment to iteration, documentation, and knowledge sharing • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent practical experience) Bonus Skills • Experience managing paid social campaigns across multiple platforms (LinkedIn, Meta, TikTok, Reddit) • Proficiency with Microsoft Advertising platform and strategies • Technical capabilities with scripting languages (Google Ads Scripts, SQL, Python) • Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM integration • Industry certifications (Google Ads, Analytics, Meta Blueprint, etc.) What We Offer • Collaborative and innovative work environment • Opportunity to work with diverse clients • Work methodology that involves not letting clients take command of the creative process (rare, huh?) • Career advancement pathways If you meet these qualifications and are ready to contribute your expertise to a dynamic team, we encourage you to apply!
