About the position ReSource Pro is seeking a Senior Insurance Operations Consultant to lead mid- to large-scale consulting engagements for Retail, MGU, and Carrier clients. In this role, you’ll drive client revenue growth and profitability by guiding strategic planning, operational improvements, and system project management initiatives. Responsibilities • Lead and deliver consulting engagements to meet project timelines, scope, and client satisfaction • Develop and deliver client proposals, including resource planning, effort estimation, and pricing • Provide clear, high-quality client communications through executive presentations and updates • Apply change leadership, Lean process mapping, and operational improvement techniques to achieve client outcomes • Identify risks, create mitigation plans, and ensure delivery excellence using ReSource Pro’s consulting methodology • Independently manage multiple client portfolios and nurture long-term client relationships to drive growth and retention • Lead internal or client-focused process improvement initiatives and contribute to thought leadership through webinars, white papers, and industry events • Coach, mentor, and guide junior team members to support their growth and success Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or Risk Management (Insurance focus preferred) • 10+ years of U.S. Property & Casualty or Employee Benefits insurance operations experience • 5+ years in consulting, from discovery through execution (Big 4 experience preferred) • 5+ years of Lean process improvement or operations management experience • 3+ years of business process outsourcing (BPO) and operations management experience • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent experience (required) • PMP certification or 3+ years of program management experience (required) Nice-to-haves • Additional certifications such as CISR, ARM, CIC, Agile Certified, or Certified Insurance Operations Professional are a plus Benefits • 100% paid employee health insurance available on Day 1 • Eligible for all medical, dental, and vision benefits on Day 1 • Remote positions are Internet stipend-eligible • 401k with employer match, vested on Day 1 • HSA/FSA available • Long Term and short-term disability employer-provided • Generous PTO plan with paid holidays + floating holidays • Development and growth opportunities • Comprehensive wellness program and prioritization of employee health Apply tot his job
