Bulletproof is looking for a Senior Ecommerce Marketplace Manager to work closely with the cross-functional Bulletproof team on a day-to-day basis to ensure all company marketplace goals are met. Reporting to the VP of Digital & Marketplaces, in this position, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining working relationships with multiple marketplace accounts (Amazon, Walmart, iHerb) and responsible for ecommerce marketplace account health, sales, forecasting and logistics that increase the exposure and position of the Bulletproof brand online. Key Responsibilities: • In partnership with the VP, Head of Digital & Marketplaces, act as liaison between the Sales, Operations, Finance and Growth Marketing teams • Ensuring account and listing health remains top priority • Manage item level forecasting and the S&OP process with larger team • Assist with new item launch strategy, forecasting and channel innovation • Manage the following: • Promotions & Trade Spend Tracking • Forecasting • Brand store • New Item Launch/Vine Program • Content & Pricing Updates • 3P Reseller Enforcement • Subscribe & Save Strategy and Reporting • Stranded Inventory • Seller Feedback • Weekly & Monthly Channel Insights & Reporting • Tentpole Event Execution • At least 5 years of experience in Amazon/Marketplaces/Ecommerce. • Experience with Amazon Seller Central and Amazon Advertising. • Experience prioritizing and delivering on multiple initiatives based on business needs. • Knowledge of Internet Marketing or training in marketing, advertising or communications. • Strong data analysis skills, comfortable pulling needed data and telling story around product and Amazon performance. • Demonstrated ability to bring structure to ambiguous environments and to work well with people at all levels of the organization. • Strong organizational and project management skills and the ability to get results. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. The ability to conduct simultaneous communication with all levels, across multiple stakeholders. • A self-starter with the ability to independently problem solve and be self-directed. • Excellent sense of agility in working with cross functional teams. • Strong organizational and time-management skills. • Strong Knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Microsoft Excel). • Detailed-oriented, flexible, and strong organizational & creative problem-solving skills. • Strong sense of self-motivation and ability to work in a fast-paced team environment. Annual base salary gross: $130,000 - $140,000. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary range for this position. The base salary is one component of the total compensation package for employees.
