Job Posting Title Senior Director HR Business Partnership - REMOTEJob Description The Senior Director of Human Resources (HR) Business Partnership is responsible for the development and execution of human resources strategies that support the achievement of business results, mitigate employee risk, and deliver exceptional talent outcomes. This role provides strategic counsel to senior and executive leadership, direction and oversight to a team of human resource business partners, leads and champions human resources initiatives of significant impact, and oversees the implementation of innovative human resource solutions. Responsibilities • Lead a team of HR Business Partners to deliver HR solutions aligned with business strategies; demonstrate inclusive leadership, ensuring strong collaboration and exceptional results • Lead enterprise level HR projects of significant scope and high complexity with cross-functional stakeholders while utilizing available resources to effectively communicate and implement enterprise wide • Partner with senior and executive leaders to proactively identify and develop strategies and initiatives to attract, engage, retain and drive high team performance within the business • Create and align people strategies to business and growth strategies, partnering with business leaders and HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) to ensure seamless delivery of programs and solutions • Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders, influencing outcomes related to organizational, team, and leadership effectiveness; act as a catalyst for organizational change strategies, innovation, and effectiveness • Establish collaborative working relationships at all levels of the business to effectively gather employee feedback and address employee concerns • Other duties as assigned Minimum Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or related area of study, or equivalent combination of education and/or work experience; High school diploma or GED required • 10 years of work experience in Human Resources • 7 years of leadership/people management experience • Must be eligible to work in the United States without the need for work visa or residency sponsorship Additional Qualifications • Excellent communication skills, especially in the area of influencing and business acumen • Clear and comprehensive understanding of the link between HR strategy and business results • Ability to develop clear and actionable steps to support the business strategy • Well-developed leadership skills; ability to engage, inspire, influence and develop others Preferred Qualifications • Senior Professional Human Resources (SPHR) Certification • Master’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field Every employee must understand, comply with and attest to the security responsibilities and security controls unique to their job, and comply with all applicable legal, regulatory, and contractual requirements and internal policies and procedures Every employee must be able to perform the essential functions of the job and, if requested, reasonable accommodations will be made to enable employees with disabilities to perform the essential functions, absent undue hardship.
