What we do Define and govern standards: We define language guidelines, best practices, terminology, and system-wide content patterns that ensure cohesion across platforms. Evaluate and integrate tools: We assess emerging tools (examples: content QA, terminology management, AI assistants, Figma plugins) and implement them across workflows. Document the system: We translate complex decisions into clear, comprehensive documentation that teams can rely on. Build scalable models: We create governance structures that support consistent decision-making across products, teams, and surfaces. Enable content designers: We provide guidance, tools, and processes that help writers work faster and more confidently. Partner across the ecosystem: We collaborate with design, product, engineering, and research to ensure language stays clear, accurate, and aligned. Why join us Influence at scale: Your decisions will shape the clarity and coherence of experiences across GM’s digital and in‑vehicle ecosystem. Lead critical systems: You’ll help define the operating model for language quality and governance. Advance AI for content: You’ll evaluate, pilot, and integrate next‑generation content tools into real production workflows. Drive clarity and alignment: You'll guide cross‑functional teams toward consistent language and decision-making.
