Job Description: • Independently meet with wealth advisors/financial planners/other wealth management and members of the Wealth Solutions group to review, fund, and maintain estate plans • Independently reviewing and summarizing existing estate planning documents, including making appropriate recommendations regarding changes and additions based upon changes in law and family circumstances • Answering general informational estate planning questions from clients and advisor teams • Serving as an in-house resource in estate planning to wealth management teams nationwide • Remaining current with related estate, trust, and tax legislation nationwide • Eligible to support business development through leading presentations and thought leadership publications, as necessary • Managing a service specialist, as assigned, as related to overseeing day-to-day tasks, training, calendars, time management, coaching, and mentoring • Other duties as assigned • Meeting with clients to design, implement, fund, and maintain estate plans • Drafting estate plan documents, including trusts, wills, powers of attorney, healthcare directives, and funding related documents • Preparing and reviewing deeds and real property transfer documents.
