We are seeking a Senior Analyst, Revenue Operations to help us change the way the world works, with Parallels: anytime, anywhere, any-device productivity. This role will play a critical part in driving operational efficiency and effectiveness within our sales team. 40% of this role will be responsible for planning, maintaining, executing, and iterating on all deliverables under the umbrella of sales compensation. The remaining 60% of this role will be focused on general Revenue Operations analyst-related tasks.

As a Senior Analyst, Revenue Operations, you will:

    Handle Sales Compensation and distribution of all documentation related to sales compensation

    Maintain and improve Excel model used for calculating quarterly sales commissions to provide timely, accurate payouts.

    Deliver quarterly commission statements and handle any disputes/questions, researching discrepancies as needed

    Design, build, and maintain quarterly review decks regarding the health of the Sales KPIs as it relates to compensation – provide data backed insights and suggestions for iterations to improve the sales compensation process

    Maintain existing sales dashboards and design and build net new dashboards based on ad hoc requests from the sales team.

    Generate ad hoc reports to support decision-making and drive sales strategy.

    Develop and prepare content for our monthly and quarterly reviews, presenting data-driven insights that inform sales strategies.

    Ensure data integrity by conducting regular data cleanup, troubleshooting any data inconsistencies, and maintaining/iterating on any exceptions-based reporting to identify data inaccuracies

    Collaborate with sales leadership to understand their needs and develop solutions that help them achieve their objectives.

    Assist in the design and implementation of sales processes, workflows, and performance standards.

    Conduct analysis to identify trends, uncover insights, and make recommendations for improvement.

    Work cross-functionally with teams such as Finance, Marketing, and IT to support sales operations.

What YOU bring to the team:

    5+ years of experience in a sales operations or business analyst role, preferably in a B2B or SaaS

    Proficiency in data visualization tools and CRM systems (such as Salesforce, Tableau, etc.).

    Strong skills in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

    Experience in creating sales dashboards and ad-hoc reports.

    Strong understanding of sales processes and metrics.

    Understand and have basic proficiency in SQL

    Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex data in a clear and concise manner.

    Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.

    Experience in Python is a plus

    Experience administering commission plans is a plus
