We are looking to add a Senior AI Product Manager work alongside our Engineering and Design team to develop cutting-edge agentic AI solutions that transform how event marketers interact with our platform and get work done. The Agentic AI Pod plays a pioneering role in reimagining user experiences through intelligent automation and natural language interfaces. What does the Product team look like? Hive is an email marketing automation platform, empowering brands to personalize their marketing strategies. The Product team plays a pivotal role in understanding our customers' needs and technical challenges to define product strategies and ultimately, deliver value in a seamless way to our platform users. Under the leadership of our VP, Product, the team is at the center of driving what we build and when we build it as efficiently as possible. What I get up to: • Own the Agentic AI Pod roadmap - lead our newest engineering team focused on using agentic AI to experiment and build product-level JTBD agents. You'll pioneer Hive's AI strategy and contribute directly to our competitive advantage. • Build impactful AI product strategy - understand how agentic AI can transform event marketing workflows by researching customer pain points, evaluating AI capabilities, and forming hypotheses about how intelligent agents can make marketers exponentially more effective. • Invent new interaction paradigms - build innovative ways for clients to interact with Hive through AI agents, enabling them to accomplish real marketing work to their standards through natural language, automation, and intelligent assistance. • Navigate AI uncertainty with conviction - articulate your hypotheses about emerging AI technologies, validate them through rapid prototyping and user testing, and know when to pivot based on technical feasibility and user value. • Translate AI strategy into executable roadmap - balance ambitious AI vision with practical implementation, prioritizing outcomes that demonstrate clear value while building toward transformative user experiences. • Drive cross-functional AI alignment - work with other leaders in R&D including Staff Engineers, Design, and Product to ensure our agentic AI efforts align with Hive's overall technical architecture and product strategy. • Champion responsible AI practices - ensure AI features are built with appropriate safeguards, transparency, and user control while maximizing their utility for event marketers. Nice to haves Experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG systems, or AI/ML development would be a valuable asset for this role. Experience in martech or event marketing technology would also be a bonus!
