About the Role We’re seeking an SEM Specialist to manage and optimize our paid search campaigns with a strong focus on driving qualified traffic and maximizing ROI. Key Requirements • Extensive experience with arenaflex Keyword Planner and arenaflex Ads Manager platform – you should be highly proficient in keyword research, campaign structure, bid strategies, Quality Score optimization, conversion tracking, and performance analysis • Experience with other search platforms a plus • 2+ years of hands-on SEM management experience • Proven track record of managing search budgets and delivering strong ROAS • Deep understanding of search intent, match types, and audience targeting • Proficiency with arenaflex Analytics, arenaflex Tag Manager, and conversion tracking • Strong analytical skills with experience in A/B testing ad copy and landing pages • Knowledge of SEO principles and how they complement paid search • College Degree preferred or equivalent job experience Responsibilities • Plan, launch, and optimize paid search campaigns across platforms • Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis • Write compelling ad copy and test variations for maximum CTR • Manage monthly search budgets and bid strategies • Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven optimizations • Implement and troubleshoot conversion tracking • Provide regular performance reports with actionable insights • Stay current on search engine updates and industry best practices Working Conditions • Full-time position and remote work position.
