We help online experts to grow, automate and scale their businesses. The Role Grow Automate Scale is looking for a strategic Ad Account Manager! The ideal candidate will: Have the ability and equipment to work remotely. The ability to be available 9 am-5 pm EST (M-F) is preferable. Can demonstrate experience and adequate knowledge of Facebook Business Manager/Google Ads, and Facebook/Google Ads best practices. Is familiar with Slack, Gmail, Asana, Loom, and Zoom. Can communicate clearly and often with clients. Responsibilities include Reworking/advising on client's ad creative, Audience setup and retargeting, Achieving and maintaining client's target ROAS, Providing weekly reports to client in email, Conducting a Zoom call with clients (as requested), Availability for weekly team call and account reviews, Availability to communicate with clients through all business hours. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Codeword strategy. Experience working with multiple clients at a time.
