Responsibilities

  • Monitor and control access points to ensure only authorized individuals enter protest zones or content creation areas
  • Conduct surveillance using CCTV systems and other monitoring tools to observe activity and identify potential risks or disturbances
  • Respond promptly to incidents or conflicts, employing conflict management techniques to de-escalate situations effectively
  • Provide first aid and CPR when necessary, offering immediate assistance during emergencies or injuries
  • Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when required, facilitating communication and ensuring compliance with legal requirements
  • Enforce loss prevention measures by safeguarding equipment, props, and sensitive materials from theft or damage
  • Maintain detailed incident reports, shift logs, and surveillance records to document activities and any noteworthy events

Experience

  • Prior experience in security, law enforcement, military service, or related fields is highly desirable
  • Certification in first aid and CPR is preferred; relevant training will be provided if needed
  • Familiarity with CCTV systems, surveillance techniques, and loss prevention strategies is advantageous
  • Strong conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Knowledge of security protocols related to public gatherings, protests, or large events is a plus
  • Excellent observational skills combined with a proactive approach to safety and security management
