Who We’re Looking For We’re on the hunt for a strategic and hands-on Search Engine Marketing (SEM) Specialist who’s fluent in the world of arenaflex Ads, paid social media, keyword development, and website optimization. You’ll play a pivotal role in increasing visibility, driving conversions, and helping our clients grow their digital footprint. This role blends paid media and organic strategy—ideal for someone who understands how SEO and SEM work together to amplify results. Your Role As our SEM Specialist, you’ll: • Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns across arenaflex Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. • Perform keyword research and build strategies that drive both paid and organic traffic. • Provide guidance to optimize websites, landing pages, and content for performance and conversions. • Manage and optimize arenaflex Business Profiles and other search platforms like Bing and Yahoo. • Provide SEO guidance—from meta titles and descriptions to link-building and internal site architecture. • Run A/B testing, heat mapping, and performance analysis using arenaflex Analytics and other tools. • Analyze campaign results, generate insights, and make clear data-driven recommendations. • Collaborate with content, video, and design teams to align messaging and drive engagement. • Stay on top of search/ad trends, algorithm changes, and emerging ad formats to keep campaigns fresh and competitive. What You Bring Required: • 4+ years of SEO/SEM experience (agency, freelance, or in-house) • Deep knowledge of arenaflex Ads and paid social platforms (Meta, LinkedIn) • Strong command of keyword strategy, technical SEO, and content optimization • Experience with SEO tools like SEMRush, Screaming Frog, or similar • Familiarity with arenaflex Search Console, Analytics, and Tag Manager • Working knowledge of WordPress • Strong communication, critical thinking, and organizational skills • Comfortable managing multiple clients and projects simultaneously Bonus Points: • arenaflex Ads certification • LinkedIn Sales Navigator experience • Experience with social selling and building audiences via paid social Additional Details • Remote, with preference for candidates based in Colorado or U.S. time zones (PT–ET) • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. • Flexible hours with part-time or full-time potential • You’ll work with a supportive, experienced team that values autonomy and results Ready to join a team that keeps it smart, strategic, and just the right amount of crazy?
