Summary

We are looking for a high-energy, technically-fluent Project Scrum Master to join our DevTestOps core team. This isn't a "sit back and take notes" role; you will be the connective tissue between development, quality engineering, and security operations. You’ll be responsible for orchestrating processes and workflows across a complex ecosystem of CI/CD tools, security scanners, automation frameworks, and AI adoption initiatives to ensure our product delivery pipeline remains robust, secure, efficient, and transparent.

Key Responsibilities

  • Agile Orchestration: Lead Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives for a multi-disciplinary DevTestOps team.
  • Pipeline Coordination: Track and manage projects specifically focused on the integration of Jira (task management), Azure DevOps (CI/CD), and new engineering processes.
  • Security & Compliance Tracking: Coordinate the rollout and maintenance of security tooling, including BlackDuck, Coverity, Opswat, and Mythos ensuring vulnerability remediation is prioritized within the backlog.
  • Infrastructure Management: Monitor progress on the scaling and maintenance of our Automation Testing Infrastructure and software build environments.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Maintain dashboards that provide visibility into build health, test coverage, and security posture for stakeholders.
  • Quality Insights: Leverage AI to analyze long-term software quality trends and predict potential regressions before they occur.
  • Blocker Removal: Aggressively identify and resolve bottlenecks in the delivery pipeline, whether they are technical, resource-based, or process-oriented.
  • Continuous Improvement: Monitor engineering operations and advocate for improvements to unreliable inefficient processes.
  • Cross Functional Communication: Champion initiatives to further collaboration between DevTestOps and product development engineering teams.

Knowledge/Skills/Competencies

  • Repository and Version Control: Jira, Azure DevOps (ADO), GitHub/GitLab
  • Quality: qTest, Selenium, SPyTest
  • Security: BlackDuck, Coverity, Opswat, Lint, Sanitizers
  • Infrastructure: Software build systems (Jenkins/ADO Pipelines), Docker, Kubernetes
  • Coding: VsCode IDE, Python

Physical Demands

  • Duties of this position are performed in a normal office environment.
  • Duties may require extended periods of sitting and sustained visual concentration on a computer monitor or on numbers and other detailed data.
  • Repetitive manual movements (e.g., data entry, using a computer mouse, using a calculator, etc.) are frequently required.
  • Occasional travel may be required.

Salary

The stated range includes Base Salary and target Short-Term Incentive (STI) compensation only. A comprehensive benefits package is offered in addition to this range.

The range described in this posting is an estimate by the Company, and may change based on several factors, including but not limited to a change in the duties covered by the job posting, or the credentials, experience or geographic jurisdiction of the successful candidate.
