About the Role

We're disrupting SAT education in India and helping students unlock global college opportunities. With fast-growing trust from learners worldwide, we are scaling our SAT teaching team to support thousands more students in achieving their dream scores and study-abroad goals.

The charter for this role will include:

  • Create and appear in educational content for Leap Scholar’s YouTube channel — SAT strategies, concept explanations & question breakdowns

  • Collaborate with the marketing/content team to develop highly engaging YouTube videos tailored for Digital SAT

  • Conduct SAT preparation classes for individuals or groups of students

  • Assess students’ performance and progress across SAT Math / Reading & Writing

  • Provide clear, actionable feedback to help students improve their scores

  • Administer mock SAT exams, review results & track readiness

  • Guide students on high-yield test-taking strategies, digital tools & time management

  • Encourage and motivate students to achieve target scores

  • Stay updated on SAT exam trends, question patterns & scoring changes

  • Communicate regularly with students to support learning outcomes and address doubts

Ideal Persona:

  • Comfortable appearing on camera and creating digital learning content

  • Strong communication, presentation & storytelling skills

  • Minimum 3–6 months of SAT teaching experience (Math / Reading & Writing)

  • High SAT Score OR proven success coaching students to high scores

  • Tech-savvy — confident using Zoom, whiteboard tools, recording setups

Prerequisites for this role will include:

  • 1–2 days per week dedicated to YouTube content shoots at the office

  • 8 hours of sessions; 6 days a week

  • Work Timing Options:
    a) 01:00 PM – 10:00 PM
    b) 02:00 PM – 11:00 PM
    c) 07:00 AM – 12:00 PM + 06:00 PM – 10:00 PM
    d) 07:00 AM – 12:00 PM + 07:00 PM – 11:00 PM
