Our Telecommunications Client is seeking an SAP Convergent Mediation Developer to join their team. As a CM Dev you will be part of the SAP Transformation team. The ideal candidate will have 3+ Years in SAP CM, 7+ Years in SAP and Experience developing using ABAP Language. Job Title: SAP Convergent Mediation Developer Location: Remote What’s the Job? 1. SAP Convergent Mediation Development: o Configure and implement SAP Convergent Mediation components for collecting and processing usage data from various sources. o Develop custom mediation scenarios to meet specific business needs, including data validation, transformation, aggregation, and enrichment. o Configure mediation rules for rating, charging, and ensuring data accuracy. 2. Integration with S/4 HANA BRIM: o Integrate SAP Convergent Mediation with BRIM modules such as Subscription Order Management (SOM), and Convergent Invoicing (arenaflex). o Ensure seamless data flow between mediation and downstream billing processes, including SAP FI-CA (Financial Contract Accounting). 3. High-Volume Data Processing: o Handle high-volume usage data from multiple data streams and external systems. o Optimize mediation processes for scalability and performance in high-demand environments. 4. Business Requirements Analysis: o Collaborate with business stakeholders and functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for mediation solutions. o Translate business requirements into technical specifications for mediation processes. What’s Needed? 1. Technical Expertise: o 7+ years of SAP experience with at least 3+ years in SAP Convergent Mediation and S/4 HANA BRIM. o Strong understanding of mediation processes, including data collection, validation, transformation, and enrichment. o Experience with SAP Convergent Charging (rating and charging) and integration with FI-CA. 2. Tools & Technologies: o Proficiency in configuring and customizing SAP Convergent Mediation software. o Hands-on experience with integration technologies such as REST/SOAP APIs and middleware platforms. o Knowledge of high-volume data handling tools and techniques. 3. Soft Skills: o Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to address complex mediation scenarios. o Strong communication skills for interacting with business and technical teams. o Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. 4. Education & Certification: o Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. o SAP BRIM or SAP Convergent Mediation certifications preferred.
