Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sandwich Maker to join our Subway Sandwich Artist team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing delicious sandwiches and ensuring excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment. This role offers an opportunity to develop culinary skills and gain valuable experience in the food industry. Responsibilities

  • Prepare a variety of sandwiches, wraps, and salads according to company recipes and customer preferences
  • Ensure all food is prepared fresh, presented attractively, and served promptly
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the work area in compliance with food safety standards
  • Serve customers efficiently, taking orders accurately and upselling additional items where appropriate
  • Operate kitchen equipment safely and responsibly, adhering to health and safety regulations
  • Restock ingredients and supplies as needed throughout shifts
  • Assist with general cleaning duties in the kitchen and dining area to uphold hygiene standards
  • Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure timely service delivery

Requirements

  • Basic maths skills for handling cash transactions and portion control
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting
