About the Role:

We are a dynamic startup company seeking a female sales person to join our team as a Sales Specialist. This position focuses on sales expertise in handling leads, with an emphasis on social media engagement. The ideal candidate will be comfortable appearing on camera for social media content to promote our brand and engage with our audience. Key Responsibilities:

Manage and nurture sales leads through phone calls, emails, and follow-ups to convert prospects into customers.

Create and participate in social media content, including videos and posts where you will appear on camera to represent the company (e.g., product demos, customer testimonials, or behind-the-scenes updates).

Maintain accurate records of leads and sales interactions.

Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and coordinating team meetings.

Provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive experience for clients.

Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align on strategies and campaigns.

Requirements:

Must be a woman with strong communication skills and a professional on-camera presence.

Proven experience in sales, particularly working with leads (e.g., cold calling, lead qualification).

Comfortable and willing to show your face in social media content (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, Facebook).

Excellent interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Ability to multitask and work independently in a sales-focused environment.

Fluency in English; Tagalog or other Philippine languages are a plus.

Reliable internet and equipment for remote social media tasks if applicable.
