Job Description:

  • Design and deliver comprehensive training programs to educate BOSCH teams, Internal & External Channel Partners
  • Create detailed cross-training curriculum ensuring complete product expertise across all HVAC brands
  • Build training materials including presentations, quick reference guides, and selling tools
  • Develop onboarding programs for new sales personnel covering the complete merged product portfolio
  • Conduct regular training sessions, workshops, and webinars for sales personnel (both virtual and in-person)
  • Travel to regional locations, training centers, distributor locations, and customer sites to facilitate in-person training
  • Provide one-on-one coaching and mentoring for sales representatives and managers
  • Ensure Bosch sales teams are fully proficient in all products from both companies
  • Build expertise on which products best serve specific customer applications and market segments
  • Assess training effectiveness through testing, feedback surveys, and performance metrics
  • Monitor sales performance data to identify knowledge gaps and training opportunities
  • Gather feedback from sales teams on training content and delivery methods
  • Adjust programs based on market changes, new product launches, and performance data
  • Coordinate with product management and marketing teams to ensure training alignment

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in sales training, enablement, or learning and development within the HVAC or related industry
  • Experience with mergers, acquisitions, or organizational integration preferred
  • Must be able to travel up to 40% within the United States and Canada
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Proven ability to design and deliver comprehensive training programs for internal teams and external channel partners
  • Demonstrated success in developing cross-brand product training and onboarding programs for sales personnel
  • Strong facilitation skills with experience conducting virtual and in-person training sessions, workshops, and webinars
  • Ability to coach and mentor sales teams, driving performance and product knowledge across diverse portfolios
  • Deep understanding of HVAC systems, product applications, and market segments
  • Experience in evaluating training effectiveness using performance metrics, surveys, and feedback tools
  • Skilled in adapting training programs based on product launches and sales performance data
