We are currently seeking a dynamic, motivated Sales Leader to join our team as a District Account Manager and Wine Specialist. This role is ideal for a candidate who is both analytical and creative, able to think outside the box and develop a world-class, repeatable sales process that drives results. The District Account Manager will be responsible for increasing sales volume and promoting the Georgos Wine brand throughout the Minneapolis territory. Operating independently, this individual will focus on increasing product placements with existing customers and identifying as well as opening new accounts across the region. The successful candidate will have an eye for talent and the ability to design effective sales strategies that resonate with diverse clientele including store managers, restaurant owners, and other key decision-makers in the industry. The role demands frequent face-to-face customer engagement, hosting wine tastings, and maintaining full distribution coverage of all authorized products. Additionally, the candidate will oversee merchandising duties including rotating vintages, building attractive displays, and ensuring the company's high housekeeping standards are maintained. Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks efficiently are crucial.
