About the Role

The Sales Operations Executive will support the effectiveness, efficiency, and predictability of the sales organization by strengthening pipeline governance, performance reporting, forecasting discipline, and CRM compliance across the UAE business.

This role serves as a key partner to the Sales organization, enabling data-driven decision-making and improving commercial execution across markets.

Key Responsibilities

As a Sales Operations Executive, you will be responsible for supporting the following activities:

Pipeline Governance & CRM Management

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales pipeline data within the CRM system.

  • Track pipeline health metrics including coverage ratios, aging, and conversion rates across entities and business units.

  • Monitor CRM usage and reporting cadence, following up with sales teams on missing or inconsistent data.

  • Support initiatives to improve CRM adoption, including basic tool enhancements and automation improvements.

Sales Reporting & Forecasting

  • Analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts, comparing projections against actual performance.

  • Prepare standardized pipeline and performance dashboards for management and leadership reviews.

  • Generate regular reports covering pipeline status, forecast vs. target, win rates, productivity, and seller performance.

  • Conduct sales data analysis to identify trends, gaps, and risks, escalating insights to the Sales Operations Lead.

Process Excellence & Cross-Functional Alignment

  • Support implementation of standardized sales processes, templates, and reporting frameworks.

  • Coordinate with Marketing, Finance, HR, and other internal functions to ensure data alignment and reporting consistency.

  • Assist in preparing management presentations for regional and executive leadership meetings.

  • Support maintenance of sales organizational structure data, including territories, roles, and quota allocations.

Requirements

We are looking for candidates who bring strong analytical capability, commercial acumen, and process discipline:

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.

  • 2–3 years of experience in Sales Operations, Commercial Excellence, Sales Analytics, or a similar role.

  • Experience in B2B, project-based, or industrial environments preferred.

  • Experience within the Middle East market is an advantage.
