Always Growing — Direct, positive, and caring feedback, combined with self-growth ownership. 📝 The role The Business Strategy & Operations community defines growth strategies, set performance metrics, and enables one of the tech industry's most effective Sales teams. 🕵️ Goals & missions The Sales Enablement area’s mission is to transform Sales into top performers and trustworthy advisors delivering delightful selling experiences. In order to share knowledge, we deliver training and content built at the closest of our sales team. Our job is as much user research as it is pedagogy. You will work across our entire sales organization (Account Executives, BDR, Inbound, Account Management, Crew Leads) to identify and deliver training initiatives to upskill Sales based in all countries we operate in (France, Belgium, Spain, Canada). Your day to day missions include: Spending significant time on the field to identify gaps in our sales skills and performance. Training in sales at onboarding and during all their evolution within Alan’s team. Designing impactful training programs across crucial topics: sales skills, insurance expertise, legal environment, and product mastery. Building training assets leveraging internal experts and leadership. Experiment various engaging formats to maximize sales adoption. Ensuring proper change management as our organization keep on scaling up (new countries, new products...). 🚀 What you will work on concretely - Here are some examples of exciting missions you’ll work on. I - Orchestrate large scale events for 100+ sales professionals across 3 countries You will own our two flagship sales events (Sales Kick-Off and Back to School) that bring together our entire sales organization in France, Belgium, and Spain. You'll work on each event with 15+ senior stakeholders (Heads of Sales, Crew Leads, subject matter experts) to build the agenda, manage budgets, and deliver a memorable experience. All our recent events scored high NPS (from 59 to 77 out of 100)—and we want to keep raising the bar! II - Design training programs that fuel our performance You will build engaging training programs on Alan’s hot business topics. For instance, in 2025 we delivered focused training on our “Prevoyance\" product. By partnering with the Head of sales, Crew Leads and senior managers, the content was fully customised to fit each sales team's needs. Sales were able to build dedicated offers, answer the toughest objections and master each product feature which contributed to smash our targets. III - Help us scale the most innovative Sales Enablement function Every year we build up to 20+ creative training solutions and scalable content as we expand across markets. We leverage AI, gamification and give a particular attention to keep an engaging format. To do so, we experiment new approaches to continuously improve our Sales Academy which is key to our competitive edge. ⭐️Who are we looking for?
