Job description

We’re a growing UK cleaning company offering Residential and end-of-tenancy services. We’re seeking a results-driven Sales Consultant to join our remote team and help increase bookings on our busiest days.

The Role:
You’ll be the first point of contact for warm leads, helping potential clients find the right cleaning solution. Your role is key in turning enquiries into confirmed appointments while maintaining excellent customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Follow up with warm leads and secure confirmed bookings.

  • Provide clients with tailored advice and recommend suitable services.

  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.

  • Track all communications and bookings in the CRM.

  • Hit or exceed sales targets consistently.

Work Schedule:

  • Weekend-focused position, covering shifts like Saturday–Tuesday or Wednesday–Sunday.

  • On-target earnings of R25,000/month (R8,000 base + uncapped commission).

Job requirements

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in telesales or direct sales.

  • Clear and professional English communication skills.

  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.

  • Skilled in negotiation and problem-solving.

  • Comfortable with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and CRM systems.

  • Resilient under pressure and able to handle rejection professionally.

  • A personal laptop or desktop with stable fibre or Wi‑Fi internet connectivity of at least 20 Mbps is required.
