The LA Live Event Sales and Studio Screenings Specialist is responsible for booking special events and private screenings at Regal LA Live while coordinating promotional screenings with studios across the country. This role supports a high‑profile location by helping bring big‑screen experiences to life, ensuring every event delivers the elevated, signature Regal experience.
 
What You Will Be Doing: 
 
  • Book private events at Regal LA Live and coordinate promotional studio screenings nationwide.
  • Respond to daily inbound leads from clients, studios, and Regal Business Events channels.
  • Build and maintain relationships with corporate customers and studio partners.
  • Coordinate event logistics with LA Live on‑site property management.
  • Prepare contracts, invoices, and maintain accurate CRM records.
  • Process vendor invoices accurately and on time.
  • Conduct discovery calls and provide tailored event solutions.
  • Prospect for new business and convert warm leads into confirmed events.
  • Communicate the value and benefits of hosting events and screenings at Regal.
  • Provide strong customer service throughout the event lifecycle and support ongoing client follow‑up.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED); College Degree Preferred. At least one year of inside or outside sales experience preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail with disciplined follow-through.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively within a team and with internal departments.
  • Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce or equivalent) preferred.
  • Must be able to manage a high number of incoming leads and ongoing events simultaneously.
  • Must be able to understand and interpret sales data and make wise business decisions based on the data.
