itD is seeking a Risk Analyst to lead and execute comprehensive enterprise risk assessments that support informed decision-making and strong risk governance. This role plays a critical part in identifying, analyzing, and mitigating risks across the organization while ensuring alignment with business objectives and strategic goals. The ideal candidate brings deep experience in enterprise risk management and a proven ability to deliver clear, actionable risk insights in fast-paced environments. Responsibilities: • Lead and execute independent and enterprise risk assessments, including risk identification, analysis, documentation, and mitigation tracking. • Develop and recommend qualitative and quantitative risk assessment and risk-weighting methodologies, including aggregation and reporting of risks. • Conduct risk assessments across multiple domains, including Financial, Operational, Compliance, and Strategic risk. • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including product teams, to ensure risk assessments align with business objectives and strategic priorities. • Prepare and deliver risk assessment reporting, including data analysis, visualizations, charts, graphics, and executive-ready slide decks. • Track execution, timelines, and progress of risk assessments using internal reporting and monitoring mechanisms. • Provide risk assessment training, guidance, and ongoing support to stakeholders on methodologies and frameworks. • Maintain and continuously improve risk assessment documentation, procedures, and supporting materials. Internal Responsibilities: • Attend regular internal practice community meetings. • Collaborate with your itD practice team on industry thought leadership. • Complete client case studies and learning material (blogs, media material). • Build out material to contribute to the Digital Transformation practice. • Attend internal itD networking events (in person and virtual). • Work with leadership on career fast-track opportunities. Required Qualifications and Skills: • 5–7+ years of hands-on experience executing enterprise or independent risk assessments. • Strong understanding of risk assessment methodologies and frameworks, ensuring consistency and completeness. • Experience documenting risks, reviewing action plans and evidence, tracking mitigation efforts, and maintaining KRIs and KPIs. • Proven experience developing and presenting risk reporting, including visual data presentations and slide decks. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex risk concepts into actionable insights. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with non-technical stakeholders. • Ability to operate independently with minimal direction, proactively managing tasks, follow-arenaflex, and multiple priorities. • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ownership of deliverables. Preferred Qualifications and Skills: • Risk management experience within fintech or technology-driven organizations. • Experience working closely with product teams and understanding product development lifecycles. • Payments or financial services industry experience. • Knowledge of emerging technologies and technical risk areas, including artificial intelligence, model risk management, or AI risk management frameworks (e.g., NIST). Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience required.
