Job Description

Novotel & Adagio Premium Dubai Al Barsha is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Intern for our Revenue & Reservation department. This internship opportunity offers a chance to gain hands-on experience in the dynamic hospitality industry while contributing to our team's success.

  • Assist in daily revenue management tasks and reservation processes
  • Support the team in analyzing booking trends and occupancy rates
  • Help maintain accurate and up-to-date reservation records
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth guest experiences
  • Participate in revenue optimization strategies and initiatives
  • Respond to customer inquiries and assist with booking modifications
  • Contribute to the preparation of reports and presentations for management
  • Attend team meetings and training sessions to enhance knowledge and skills

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Basic understanding of revenue management principles
  • Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills
  • Keen attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
  • Effective time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic knowledge of the hospitality industry preferred
  • Fluency in English required; additional languages are a plus
