The Revenue Operations Specialist - Marketing sits at the center of that engine. You'll help ensure our marketing efforts are measurable, efficient, and deeply connected to revenue outcomes. From funnel performance and attribution accuracy to tooling and process optimization, you'll be a critical partner in helping Marketing move fast without breaking things, and in helping the business confidently invest where it matters most. What You'll Do • Own and optimize marketing funnel reporting, from first touch through revenue • Partner closely with Marketing, Sales, and RevOps to ensure clean handoffs and consistent data • Maintain and improve CRM and marketing automation workflows (HubSpot) • Monitor campaign performance, attribution, and conversion rates, surfacing actionable insights • Build dashboards and reports that enable leadership to make fast, confident decisions • Support marketing process updates and list imports for webinars, tradeshows, dinners, and other field or lifecycle marketing initiatives • Ensure accurate lead ingestion, enrichment, and lifecycle tracking across all event-driven campaigns • Support lead management processes, including scoring, routing, and lifecycle definitions • Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities across tools, processes, and data • Help implement and document scalable RevOps best practices as the company grows • Support system integrations used by the Marketing Team What You'll Bring • 2+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Marketing Operations, or a related role • Strong working knowledge of CRM and marketing automation platforms (HubSpot experience a plus) • A data-driven mindset with comfort analyzing funnels, attribution, and performance metrics • Ability to translate messy data into clear insights and recommendations • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, and Ops teams • High attention to detail paired with a bias toward action • Comfort moving quickly in a fast-paced, high-growth environment • Curiosity, ownership, and a genuine desire to make systems, and teams, better Our Values • We Are Customer Obsessed: From our mission to every detailed project, everything we do is designed to create a positive impact for our customers. • We Move (Very!) Base Compensation Range: $90,000-$115,000 Our compensation ranges are set using benchmarks from growth-stage companies and factor in function, level, and location- so everything stays above board and whale-balanced.
