The Title: Retirement Plan Consultant The Description: The Finway Group is a Third-Party Administration (TPA) firm specializing in 401(k) plan administration, compliance, and consulting for retirement plans. The Experience: Are you familiar with ft William software, compliance, and plan administration, and have refined customer service skills in the retirement industry? The Responsibilities: · Perform annual testing of ADP/ACP, coverage, top heavy, etc · Prepare and analyze data for use in annual valuations and plan administration · Preparation and filing of Form 5500 including trust accounting and reconciliation · Ensure compliance with DOL and IRS requirements · Plan design consulting The Qualifications: · Minimum 3 years’ experience in administration of defined contribution plans · Experience with ft william software in both compliance and 5500 modules required · Experience with PensionPro preferred · Exceptional customer service skills, both verbal and written · Proficient in all arenaflex Office applications such as: Word and Excel · Strong attention to detail, file compliance, and accuracy We are an equal opportunity employer.
