Position Summary

The Retail Sales Associate contributes to total store results for the Eagles Pro Shop – Plymouth Meeting, maintains merchandise inventory and provides exceptional customer service. The main focus of this role is to provide a complete shopping experience for our customers, involving product knowledge and environmental involvement.

This position requires a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.


This position reports to the Store Manager


Position Responsibilities

  • Operate the cash register
  • Achieve merchandise sales goals
  • Provide outstanding customer service
  • Greet all customers promptly and courteously as they enter the store
  • Direct customers throughout the store or to the specific area the customer requests
  • Maintain a positive and cheerful attitude and cooperate with teamwork
  • Check stock daily to ensure that all products are adequately stocked and available for customers
  • Featured merchandise should be prominently displayed in each section
  • Maintain store image by adhering to the dress guidelines
  • Maintain a clean and well-organized layout
  • Practice security measures that help prevent theft
  • Outbound shipping and Inbound shipment receiving
  • Help control inventory shortage
  • Stockroom Organization
  • Practice safety consciousness at all times

Qualifications

  • Flexible schedule daily from 9:30am-9pm
  • Retail experience preferred
  • High school diploma
  • Able to safely lift boxes up to 40lbs.
