Vous managez une équipe de 49 agents dont 4 managers intermédiaires (responsable espaces de nature et responsables d'équipes gardes, gardiens, maintenance et logistique). Vous organisez, pilotez et contrôlez l'activité de l'unité en optimisant les ressources et moyens alloués et en vous inscrivant dans une dynamique de changement et d'innovation. Vous veillez à la préservation et à la qualité écologique du patrimoine du parc en proposant notamment des stratégies et des solutions à mettre en œuvre. Vous coordonnez, suivez et contrôlez les activités et prestations. Vous apportez votre expertise technique et autres conseils. Vous impulsez et développez des projets (plantations, aménagement des espaces, organisation spécifique …). Vous développez des réseaux de professionnels afin notamment d'identifier de bonnes pratiques ou des techniques innovantes dans une gestion respectueuse de l'environnement. Vous êtes l'interlocuteur privilégié des partenaires des territoires environnants. Vous mettez en œuvre et évaluez le fonctionnement des activités d'accueil du public sur les thématiques suivantes : les différentes manifestations accueillies, le respect des règlements du parc, les systèmes de sécurisation, la prévention des risques, la mise en place d'actions de communication, le traitement des réclamations … Vous assurez le rôle de relais dans le suivi budgétaire en formalisant des documents relatifs aux marchés publics et veillez à la mise à jour des procédures.
