Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Reset Merchandiser to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial in maintaining and enhancing the presentation of our products in retail environments. This position requires a blend of skills in inventory management, customer service, and merchandising to ensure that our displays meet company standard and drive sales.

Duties

  • Execute product resets according to planograms and company guidelines.
  • Collaborate with store management and staff to ensure smooth execution of resets.
  • Utilize RF scanners for inventory management and tracking.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and store personnel regarding merchandising needs.
  • Provide excellent customer by answering questions and assisting customers as needed.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area during resets.
  • Monitor stock levels and communicate needs for replenishment to management.

Requirements

  • Previous experience is a retail environment is preferred.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage with customers effectively.
  • Familiarity with inventory management practices.
  • Knowledge of sales techniques and merchandising principles is beneficial.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using cash registers or RF scanners is advantageous.
  • Must be detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
