JPS Tech Solutions is seeking an experienced Workday Integration Consultant to design, develop, and maintain integrations between Workday and third-party systems. The role involves building complex integrations, developing reports, and collaborating with business teams to ensure secure data exchange. Responsibilities • Design, develop, test, and deploy Workday integrations using EIBs, Studio, Core Connectors, and Workday APIs • Build complex inbound and outbound integrations involving Payroll, HR, and Finance data • Develop Workday reports and analytics to support integration processes • Monitor and troubleshoot integration errors using Integration Event Logs, Integration Monitor, and Workday Studio logs • Implement security best practices, including Integration System Users (ISUs) and domain-level security • Handle large data volume integrations, using batching, pagination, and incremental load strategies • Document integration designs, technical specifications, and runbooks for operational support • Collaborate with business teams and third-party vendors to ensure timely, accurate, and secure data exchange Skills • 10+ years of hands-on experience in Workday integrations • Expertise in EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder), Workday Studio, Core Connectors, SOAP/REST APIs • Strong understanding of Workday web services including Human Resources, Payroll, Benefits, and Staffing • Experience handling large data volumes and implementing complex integration logic • Knowledge of Workday security model, including ISU setup and domain security • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills • Experience with integrations in Financials, Payroll, HCM, and Reporting • Excellent communication and documentation skills Company Overview • JPS Tech Solutions offers software engineering, cloud, mobile development, and IT infrastructure solutions.
