Econet Telecom Lesotho is actively seeking a dedicated Remote Typist to join our dynamic administrative support team immediately. This full-time position offers the flexibility of remote work, allowing you to contribute your expertise from anywhere within Lebakeng, Qacha’s Nek, or indeed, anywhere in Lesotho, provided you have a reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace. We understand the value of work-life balance and offer an environment where your productivity is measured by results, not by office hours.

In this crucial role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our documentation processes. Your primary responsibilities will involve meticulously transcribing audio files, drafting and formatting various professional reports, preparing official correspondence with precision, and performing precise, high-volume data entry into our proprietary systems. The breadth of documents you will handle ranges from internal communications to critical operational reports, all demanding an exceptional level of attention. The ideal candidate possesses exceptional typing speed and accuracy, an eagle eye for detail, and a strong command of English grammar and punctuation. You will be handling sensitive company and customer information, requiring a high degree of confidentiality, discretion, and professionalism at all times.

We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, highly organized, and capable of managing their workload effectively in a remote setting without constant supervision. While you will largely work independently, you will also be an integral part of our broader administrative team, collaborating virtually with colleagues and managers across various departments to support their documentation needs. This is more than just a typing job; it's an opportunity to contribute significantly to the backbone of our operational efficiency, ensuring clear, concise, and error-free communication across all levels of our organization and with our external stakeholders. If you are passionate about accuracy, thrive in a structured yet flexible environment, possess strong communication skills, and are ready to make an immediate impact within a leading telecom company, we encourage you to apply today. Your precision and dedication will directly support our strategic initiatives and daily operations, making you a key player in our continued success and growth in Lesotho.
