Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Firstsource is seeking a high-caliber Revenue Leader and Practice Builder to launch and scale their AI-enabled marketing services capability. This role involves overseeing the full lifecycle of the business, from strategy to revenue generation and client delivery, with a focus on commercial innovation and partnership management.


Responsibilities

  • Own the P&L: Direct accountability for revenue contribution, margin health, and growth targets for the AI Marketing Solutions practice
  • Drive Business Development: Partner with Sales and Industry leaders to identify, pitch, and close high-value engagements. You will lead the 'consultative sell,' translating complex AI capabilities into tangible ROI for CMOs
  • Commercial Innovation: Design pricing models and service packages that reflect the value of automated/agentic workflows while ensuring profitability
  • Services Productization: Translate AI workflows (content ops, personalization, campaign execution) into repeatable, scalable service playbooks
  • Executive Partnership: Serve as the primary owner of the Typeface relationship, coordinating co-selling initiatives and driving solution innovation
  • Delivery Excellence: Design hybrid delivery models that combine human expertise with automated AI agents to ensure client success at scale

Skills

  • Proven track record in pre-sales, solutioning, and closing enterprise-level deals
  • Experience owning or significantly contributing to a commercial target
  • 12–20+ years of experience, with a heavy preference for candidates who have thrived in digital agencies, Martech consultancies, or global service providers
  • Deep understanding of generative AI use cases in marketing, specifically regarding content automation and workflow optimization
  • Ability to craft compelling transformation roadmaps and ROI stories for C-suite stakeholders (CMO, CDO, CTO)
  • Prior P&L responsibility for a business unit or practice area
  • Success in building and scaling a new service line from zero to multi-million dollar revenue
  • Master's degree or MBA preferred
