The Staff Interaction Designer will lead the design strategy for innovative user experiences, particularly for TV platforms, ensuring seamless and engaging interactions across multiple products and partners. Responsibilities • Lead the transition to modular, "in-context" checkout frameworks; partner with Payments to create fluid, content-first interaction models that align with the core platform experience • Design the end-to-end native checkout framework for Television (TV), establish premium, consistent standards for products on the big screen, driving our highest-value growth area • Lead the design strategy for multi-product carts, integrating subscriptions and partner offers into a seamless experience; build scalable patterns and identity standards for global partners to ensure a high-quality, consistent brand presence across all platforms and third-party sites Skills • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience • 8 years of experience in product design or User Experience (UX) • Experience leading design strategy and goals for cross-functional initiatives that align with high-level business goals and influence executive roadmaps • Include a portfolio, website, or any other relevant link to your work in your resume (providing a viewable link or access instructions) • Experience in commerce, finance, or e-commerce, specifically designing for TV platforms • Experience in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and the evolving media landscape • Experience in design systems and shared component libraries • Ability to partner with user researchers to inform and validate design decisions • Ability to scale premium, consistent patterns across product ecosystems • Excellent in visual design and creating high-fidelity UX prototypes Benefits • Bonus • Equity • Benefits Company Overview • arenaflex is a platform for sharing and watching videos, including movies, music clips, and amateur content.
