Position: Remote Spanish-Speaking Medical Editor (MD) Location: Germany Hello there, we are AMBOSS, and we are looking for a committed physician to support our medical editorial team. You’ll apply your medical knowledge and experience to help produce the reliable resource you wish you’d had as a medical student. You Will • Work closely with other motivated physicians to help plan, develop, write, and review new medical content for medical students, with a strong focus on the LATAM and US markets. • Review and optimize existing content on our platform. • Collaborate with our illustrators to create new flowcharts and illustrations. • Integrate user feedback and incorporate new evidence-based guidelines to keep our content current and relevant to the target users. • Communicate with our marketing and product teams to optimize our platform and interface for medical students in Latin America. • Become an expert in using our content management system which seamlessly integrates text, images, and videos to create our AMBOSS articles (no tech background required). You Bring Recognized medical degree (preferred graduation < 3 years prior). • Spanish at a native-equivalent level (C2), ideally with medical studies or work experience in LATAM • Experience with LATAM regional exams (e.g., ENARM). • Excellent writing and speaking skills in English (C1 level or above). • Digital literacy and fluency. • Proficiency in finding, selecting, and interpreting clinical literature and medical society guidelines. • Didactic mindset. • Full-time or near-full-time availability. • Residence in Germany, Portugal, or Spain. • Current or previous AMBOSS user (a plus). • Experience with the creation of educational content (a plus). • Experience with USMLE exams (a plus).You Enjoy • Working in a team of smart and very communicative editors. • Explaining complex medical topics to others in a clear and didactic manner. • Delving into literature research and writing. • Giving and receiving authentic feedback. • Learning new skills and diving into a different way of working.
