Quimby Digital is a remote, women-led social media agency specializing in organic social strategy for brands in women’s health, wellness, parenting, and B2B. The Social Strategist will be responsible for managing client accounts, crafting content with AI support, and ensuring effective communication and strategy alignment for clients in the parenting space. Responsibilities • Own 6–8 client accounts as the primary strategic contact • Maintain deep understanding of each client’s brand voice, goals, sensitivities, and internal dynamics • Translate Director-level strategy into clear briefs and priorities • Decide when content “isn’t working” vs. when it needs refinement or time • Use AI tools to draft first-pass social copy across platforms • Edit and refine AI output for clarity, tone, accuracy, and brand fit • Adapt copy for different platforms and formats • Ensure copy aligns with content pillars and business goals • Review and approve all content before it is published • Approve AI-drafted responses to comments and DMs • Decide whether and how to respond to community interactions • Handle nuance, tone, and sensitivity • Escalate legal, PR, or high-risk issues to Directors when necessary • Lead routine client communication (Slack, email, async updates) • Run assigned check-ins (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly depending on client tier) • Maintain client calm, confidence, and trust • Clearly explain decisions and direction • Track recurring feedback, questions, and approval patterns • Surface insights and recommendations to Directors • Contribute to QuimbyOS / Wimbly client memory and intelligence Skills • 2–4 years experience in social media strategy or agency work • Strong writing and editing skills • Comfort using AI tools to draft and refine content • Sound judgment and decision-making ability • Ability to manage multiple clients calmly • Clear, professional communication • Experience working in the parenting/mom/baby space, with CPG and SAAS experience a bonus • Agency experience • Comfort working asynchronously • Interest in AI-assisted workflows Company Overview • Female-founded social media agency helping CPG, wellness, and tech brands grow through organic strategy and UGC.
