Job Description We are seeking a talented and experienced Remote Press Release and Brand Story Writer to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities • Research, write, edit, and proofread high-quality press releases, media advisories, and public statements for diverse clients. • Develop compelling brand stories and content for various platforms, including websites, blogs, social media, and marketing collateral. • Conduct interviews with clients, subject matter experts, and stakeholders to gather information for content creation. • Ensure all written materials align with client brand guidelines, messaging, and strategic objectives. • Collaborate with PR and marketing teams to identify newsworthy angles and content opportunities. • Monitor news trends and industry developments to inform content strategy and identify reactive PR opportunities. • Manage multiple writing projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and maintaining exceptional quality standards. • Provide constructive feedback and edits on content produced by other team members when required. Required Skills • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills in English (both British and American English). • Proven experience in writing press releases, brand stories, and other marketing communications materials. • Strong understanding of media relations and what constitutes newsworthy content. • Ability to adapt writing style and tone to suit different brands and target audiences. • Excellent research and interviewing skills to gather accurate information. • Proficiency in content management systems and digital collaboration tools. • Self-motivated, highly organized, and able to work independently in a remote setting. • Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with internal teams and clients.
