Responsibilities

Develop and implement a recruitment strategy in full autonomy.

Selecting, qualifying and recommending the best candidates to your clients.

Follow up on candidates during the whole or part of the recruitment process.

Requirements

You have at least two years of recruitment experience (including internships and apprenticeships).

You are able to spend a certain amount of time each day on recruitment projects.

You have good interpersonal skills and perseverance. English or Mandarin speaking skills is preferred.

You have your own specialization in the field of recruitment as well as recruitment channels.
