Our Centralized Services team is responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and driving business growth through innovative pharmacy services. As a Remote Pharmacist - Centralized Services Expert, you will be responsible for executing patient care programs, driving business performance, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities Carry out direct patient care programs, including Drug Therapy Management programs, Immunization Services, and Payer and Pharma Adherence and Clinical Projects. Drive the execution of various strategies and initiatives to ensure business needs are being met, and analyze results to identify areas for improvement. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, standard operating procedures, and FDA guidelines, and drive continuous quality improvement in the delivery of clinical pharmacy patient care and services. Drive local pharmacy financial performance by aligning business strategies to company financial goals, and execute patient intervention pharmacy programs to maximize financial performance. Support efforts to improve patient experience by increasing focus on healthcare services, such as patient counseling, medication therapy reviews, and retail, clinical, or health services, like vaccinations, disease state management, and Specialty programs. Provide expertise, resources, training, and support to pharmacists and field leadership, and promote collaboration and motivate Pharmacy staff by fostering a shared vision and supporting company policies, strategies, mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity. Conduct data and clinical reviews, and make necessary interventions to ensure accuracy and propriety of prescriptions, and review patient profiles to ensure proper and safe medication treatment. Provide individualized patient/provider counseling, and give clinical counsel and information to patients, providers, and payers as needed. Respond to inquiries, concerns, and complaints related to patient care, and provide input on the effectiveness of the Patient Retention Program. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications: Current Pharmacist license as granted by the appropriate state licensing authority. Experience motivating colleagues to investigate and resolve issues. Experience working with confidential information. Ability to work non-standard hours, which may include nights, evenings, and/or weekends. Experience utilizing time management skills, such as prioritizing/organizing and following details, and meeting time constraints of various projects with varying completion dates. Experience developing strategies to achieve goals with minimal supervision, relying on oneself to complete objectives, and determining when escalation of issues is necessary. Experience providing customer service to internal and external customers, including meeting quality standards for services, and assessment of customer satisfaction. Ability to travel up to 10% of the time for business purposes (in-state and out-of-state). Preferred Qualifications In addition to the essential qualifications, the following preferred qualifications will be considered a plus: Willingness to obtain other state pharmacist licenses if necessary. Knowledge of insurance plans. Knowledge of computer operating systems, including Radio, Commitment, and Plus. Basic level proficiency in arenaflex Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
