Job description MUST LIVE IN MASSACHUSETTS. About Us: Gabriella Bergonzi Counseling LLC is a woman-owned, fully remote, group therapy practice dedicated to offering compassionate, evidence-based mental health care. We are seeking a warm, skilled, and client-focused therapist to join our supportive team. At our practice, you’ll have the flexibility to shape your own hours and workload, with a minimum commitment of 15 hours per week. This role is ideal for a motivated clinician who values autonomy and has the ability to work from anywhere—whether from home or while traveling. We are seeking someone who can provide therapy to adolescents and adults. Our practice admin handles all billing, insurance, administrative tasks, and paperwork—so your only responsibility is providing excellent therapy and completing your progress notes. Position Highlights: • W2 position: This is a W2 position • Fully Remote: Work from anywhere with a reliable internet connection. • Flexible Schedule: Set your own hours and determine your caseload, with no cap on hours or compensation. • Competitive Compensation: Fee-for-service model with hourly rates of $75 -$85 for LICSWs/LMHCs and $65-$70 for Master's Level Clinicians or LCSWs. Potential to earn $149,000 per year working 35 hours weekly. • Supervision provided if needed: Candidates can obtain individual supervision every other week as well as monthly group supervision • Ideal for Independently Insured Clinicians: No benefits provided, allowing us to focus on highly competitive pay. We’re looking for someone who already has or can arrange their own benefits. Key Responsibilities: • Work with a caseload of adolescents and adults (ages 12+) with a range of diagnoses including anxiety, depression, Bipolar, ADHD, OCD, Substance Abuse, etc. • Conduct comprehensive client assessments to create personalized treatment plans. • Provide therapeutic services, utilizing evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT, and ACT. • Build strong therapeutic relationships, fostering a safe and supportive space for clients. • Conduct sessions via telehealth, maintaining strict adherence to HIPAA and confidentiality standards. • Accurately document sessions and treatment plans using our EHR platform. • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and coordinate client care as needed. • Stay engaged in professional development to enhance your therapeutic skills and approach. Qualifications: • Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field. • If Licensed: Active and unrestricted license as an LICSW, LCSW, or LMHC in Massachusetts. • Skilled in client assessments and proficient in evidence-based practices (e.g., CBT, DBT, ACT, IFS). • Ideally familiar with IFS or certified in EMDR • Telehealth experience and comfort with remote therapy are a plus. • At least two years of post-graduate professional experience in the field. • Familiarity with EHR systems for client record-keeping.
