Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Project Partners, LLC specializes in transforming businesses through customer-focused consulting and strategic implementation of Oracle solutions. They are seeking a Principal Consultant with expertise in Oracle SCM Planning & PLM to design and configure enterprise software systems tailored to customer business processes, while mentoring junior consultants and leading workshops. Responsibilities • Own solution design for complex workstreams and drive decisions with customer stakeholders • Lead workshops, guide process standardization, and translate business needs into Oracle Cloud design • Mentor junior consultants and help shape delivery quality, estimates, and approach • Analysis and improvement of business processes, including workshops for process visualization and documentation using Horus® business process tools and best practice reference models • Develop requirement specifications for configuration and for customer-specific extensions/integrations, following a standardized procedure; define suitable test cases • Design, configuration, personalization, and testing of business processes in: Oracle Cloud Applications (emphasis on SCM Planning & PLM) Oracle E-Business Suite (not required, but favorable) • Conceptual design of data migration and support in data transformation, cleansing, and migration execution • Support of organizational change management, including planning and implementation of training and coaching measures • As required, support customers in the operating phase (issue resolution, maintenance, and continuous improvement) Skills • Degree in industrial engineering, information systems, information management, business administration with IT affinity, computer science with business affinity • Responsible use of digital technologies and AI with the goal of creating sustainable human user experiences • Excellent communication skills, organization and structuring skills, diligence in creating documentation and presentation materials, and English language skills • U.S. Citizen, Permanent Resident, or Green Card holder (H1B sponsorship is not available) • Highly favorable: additional SCM execution and/or Financials experience (e.g., Procurement, Inventory, Manufacturing, OM/Logistics; Costing and accounting impacts of supply chain transactions) • Oracle E-Business Suite (not required, but favorable) Benefits • Paid Time Off • Health Insurance • HSA • Dental • Vision • Life & Disability • 401(k) • FSA Company Overview • Broadpin (Formerly Project Partners) is a full-service project technology and management consulting agency specializing in helping organizations deliver excellence across their technology lifecycles, from start to finish, on time and within budget.
