Salary Range: $30,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Requirements

Valid Property & Casualty license in the state of Missouri (or willingness to obtain immediately).

Proven success in a sales role, preferably in insurance.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Self-motivated and able to work independently.

Comfortable using technology for sales and communication (CRM, virtual meeting platforms, etc.).

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients.

Assess client needs and recommend appropriate property and casualty insurance solutions.

Educate clients on policy options, coverage details, and pricing.

Process applications, renewals, and policy changes accurately.

Meet and exceed sales targets and performance goals.

Stay up-to-date on insurance products, industry trends, and regulatory changes.
